Job Overview:
Sr Business Consultant, Program Manager - Advisor Relations supports our business and our LPL Advisors with up to $100 Million in AUM, while managing and executing on key initiatives to help their businesses thrive. The teams’ primary objectives include driving strong client satisfaction by making LPL feel small and personalized (NPS), driving a sense of community and loyalty to LPL (Retention), and supporting growth initiatives that help Advisors deliver results for their clients (Same Store Sales). The role will help enable the team to work with Advisors through proactive calls and email; will require ownership, prioritization and execution of various department projects, programs and reporting that align to our team objectives and OKRs.
Responsibilities:
Enhance our client retention and growth by increasing the effectiveness of our outreach and engagement and programmatic campaigns through the creation of sales or educational materials used throughout the consultative sales process. Examples include fact sheets, newsletters, Q&A’s and campaign scripts
Create and support business session content used for advisor conferences and meetings
Serve as liaison between Advisor Relations Team and Relationship Management Enablement Team to align on delivery and execution of programs and key initiatives
Create, develop and manage reporting and metrics on programs and activities
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and executive level reporting
Create and implement program frameworks that support key performance indicators (KPIs)
Management of Advisor Relations team website, including identifying relevant content and resources for advisors
Ownership of the team mailbox, including triaging advisor and internal partner requests to team and development of reporting to understand trends and volume
Assist with NPS (Net Promotor Score) and CSAT, Transactional Survey reporting and other programs and processes
Support other projects as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and experience in a fast-paced sales/account management environment
5+ years’ experience in a project management/client-facing role with experience in the financial services industry; Series 7 & 63 licenses
Strong oral and written communication skills to articulate LPL’s value, products, and services
Experience with Contact Management Systems, specifically Salesforce and standard MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
