Our Sr. Analyst in Performance & Data Recon is an expert individual contributor and mentor who is responsible for the oversight of work assigned to a team of analysts who support technology solutions related to LPL performance reporting.
Support manager/or AVP on multiple and possibly overlapping project
Database support through architecture improvements and SQL back-end enhancements
Root cause analysis of production and test environment issues
Development of business needs and translating those needs into solutions
Trend analysis and solution implementation using SQL
Reporting using Tableau
Business liaison between Operations and Technology and/or vendors
Sign off and approval of UAT and technical documents
Leading and mentoring a team of Analysts
Innovative enhancement identification and prioritization
What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science
8+ years in the brokerage and financial services industry
Strong understanding of JIRA software and project lifecycle
Highly advanced skills with Access and SQL development to support extremely complicated applications with complete end to end control of the software development lifecycle
Strong understanding of managing investment performance data
Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in portfolio and investment sleeve transaction accounting and reconciliation, and in a wide range of investments, including but not limited to; mutual funds, fixed income products, options, common stocks and annuities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure with competing deadlines
Project coordination experience desired
FINRA licensing a plus
VBA development and data mining experience a plus
