The High Net Worth Solutions Team at LPL focuses on working with Advisors that serve high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions. The focus of this position is around the technology that supports Advisors in this space (Fortigent) in the realm of aggregated performance reporting, trading, research and practice management.
The Associate Wealth Consultant’s primary role is to provide efficient and scalable service to our Advisor base through utilizing our Help Desk system. Providing professional and timely responses is essential and software and technical proficiency is a must. In addition, the Associate Wealth Consultant needs to be able to track and ensure completion of advisor inquiries that involve other teams.
Solve a wide range of Advisor questions regarding Fortigent’s performance reporting products (30%)
Coordination of Advisor driven requests and inquires to internal constituents (25%)
Manage deadlines and have the ability to review and explain the products to the Advisor (15%)
Develop an understanding of how portfolio accounting data impacts the reporting product (10%)
Adherence to deadlines pertaining to service level agreements and project conclusion dates (10%)
Interfacing with team leaders to address specific needs of Advisors (10%)
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience Required: (including years of experience): 0-4 years industry experience
Software/Systems Skills Required/Preferred: High level of proficiency of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software systems that are proprietary.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of financial investment vehicles and current market climate; understanding of performance return calculations; must be self-motivated with close attention to detail and organizational skills.
