Job Overview:
Our rapidly growing organization is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Recruiter to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that requires a results-driven individual who thrives under pressure and is passionate about recruiting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing executive-level technology searches, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and sourcing top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute executive-level technology searches, including but not limited to EVP, SVP and VP positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, internal teams, and external clients
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent for open roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit with the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments and make recommendations for new recruiting strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular updates on the status of search assignments to internal stakeholders and clients
- Consistently deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and manage own schedule
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working in executive recruiting with a focus on technology searches.
- Strong negotiating skills and demonstrated success navigating complex offers.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and attract top talent through various channels with a focus on diversity.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple search assignments at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Knowledge of technology industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay Range:
$83,600-$125,400/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
