The Home Office Visit (HOV) Coordinator will support leadership within the Business Development group and be responsible for coordinating due diligence trips of prospective advisors to the San Diego, CA home office. Additionally, the position will serve as a primary liaison between the Home Office, Business Development Regional Directors, and Internal Regional Directors.

The HOV Coordinator is responsible for all of the logistical planning and coordination of Home Office Visits for prospective advisors. This will include calendar management, travel arrangements, agenda construction and scheduling, and the overall client experience. This position is also responsible for coordinating sales meetings, and building and maintaining relationships with various vendors including hotels, car services, and travel agencies. Additional responsibilities will include reporting, handling of expense accounts, and calendar management. This position will work very closely with other departments within LPL to accomplish the primary responsibilities.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a corporate environment required, ideally in a travel coordination or planning function
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Must be precise, detail-oriented, and possess strong organization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail is required
  • Superior communication skills, both in person and over the phone, as well as written
  • Extremely proactive
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task
  • Effective in interacting with senior management and all levels of staff
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
