Joining our team as a Manager of a Client Technology Management Team will allow you to support financial advisors by supporting their technology access needs.  Our service and processing team’s main priority is to ensure we are able to provision access and support client facing technology in an accurate and timely manner so provide the best client experience possible.  Being knowledgeable, flexible, and adaptable to competing priorities will be key success factors for this position.

What you will do

The Manager of Client Technology Management (CTM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of CTM's call center operations by working collaboratively with the processing team to make sure our customers interactions are handled with utmost quality. The manager will need to coordinate and understand the delivery of key information to our team to ensure customer account creation, activation, and ongoing maintenance and support for roughly 60+ products and services available through LPL Financial can be effectively communicated to our advisors. The position will require someone who is collaborative, works well under pressure, and has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The position requires someone who has strong verbal and written communication ability and the ability to work with individuals from various groups and levels inside and outside of LPL.  You will be responsible for motivating your team members in a manner consistent with LPL Financials values. No matter what the situation, your team’s duty remains the same: Providing our clients with timely, correct, and relevant access and information, when and where they need it so that in turn, they can help their clients achieve their own financial dreams.

The Expertise Were Looking For

Bachelors preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum Series 99 required within 90 days
3+ years leading and developing others
Proven ability to lead and coach financial professionals while possessing strong mentoring and employee development skills.
Demonstrated high degree of professional maturity and leadership
