Ops Associate

We are currently looking for an Operations Associate to work in our Document Imaging operations group. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high volume mail by sorting, as well as open and analyze over 250 document types for eight business units and identifying the business process workflow.

Essential functions:

• Scanning documents into our imaging system (Captiva/Documentum)
• Processing checks into our Remit Pro imaging system, entering client data
• Performing quality control, filing by compiling completed document batches.
Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree a plus
• Minimum of 1-2 years operations or administrative experience
• Exceptionally organized
• Requires very strong attention to detail
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Must be a team-player with a flexible and positive attitude
