Job Overview:

At LPL Financial, we care about our advisors! The Service Experience Team works proactively in a fast-paced environment taking approximately 40-50 inbound calls per day from Financial Advisors and their assistants as well as outbound calls regarding transactions. In the event an advisor should contact our support team, we empower our representatives to resolve the issue. We are passionate about our advisors and work to please them on every interaction.

Providing our clients with timely, correct, and relevant information, when and where they need it so that they in turn can help their clients achieve their own financial dreams. Exceptional service and professionalism is required, as you’ll enjoy engaging our clients with our mission to provide positive results. If you have an entrepreneurial spirt, passion for service excellence, and a need to excel, this would be a rewarding career for you.

What are we looking for?

What skills, experiences, and education are required? 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience required (customer service w/in the financial services or insurance industry)
  • MS Office experience required, BETA experience preferred
  • Must have proficient typing skills
  • Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and extremely organized
