As the Sales Support & RFP Consultant you will be responsible for managing, developing, and creating LPL marketing and sales materials—such as pitch decks and RFP packages—to help recruit advisors and institutions to LPL. You’ll work side by side with business partners to understand what the Sales teams are looking for and then interpret that into a professionally designed, tailored deliverable. This role requires the ability to work independently and execute deliverables under tight deadlines, while also serving as a relationship manager and connection point between the Sales and Marketing teams.
Create compelling, sales presentations and RFP packages that showcase LPL as a destination of choice for financial advisors and institutions
Take a lead role in terms of understanding a business need, then conceptualizing the design and execution of a Marketing piece
Work side-by-side with subject-matter experts, internal leaders, and members of the Marketing & Communication team
Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and other members of the brand team to apply LPL’s brand standards and guidelines to all deliverables, finding opportunities to elevate and customize the brand visual identity when needed
Learn about trends in the financial services industry and apply those learnings to everything you create for LPL recruiting efforts
What are we looking for?

8+ years' experience marketing and/or sales support experience that includes graphic design and developing RFP proposals & collateral.
High level of proficiency in PowerPoint; experience in Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat a plus
Ability to take the lead to conceptualize, create, and organize sales/marketing projects, with direction from marketing and recruiting partners
Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational/communication skills, and the ability work under tight deadlines
Experience in financial services is a bonus but not required
