Job Overview:

LPL Financial is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Process Analyst to join the Business Reinvention organization. The candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills to interface with business to develop futuristic operating models. Position requires established skills in process analysis, process improvement, activity and task mining and general analytics to make data driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand the current process, policies and procedures.

  • Perform journey mapping and develop the transformed state

  • Develop the current state and to-be state process model [L1 till L4]

  • Collaborate with Business Architect to develop the futuristic operating model for business.

  • Develop and present business case for process improvement and optimization.

  • Discover and refine requirements to develop user stories for improvement solutions.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, MIS

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Solution design

  • 3+ years of experience in Process Modeling/Mining & Business Case Development

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance Domain, preferably Broker/Dealer

  • 2+ years of experience with Process Transformation Intelligent Automation

Core Competencies:

  • Proficient in journey mapping and developing to-be state.

  • Proficient in Process Modeling, Process Analysis and User Story Development.

  • Highly proficient with MS Office Products, especially Excel and Visio.

  • Experience in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to identify key business metrics and market environment to develop compelling transformation scenarios.

  • Familiarity with analytically data driven approaches and applying LSS principles to solve questions around complexity and process simplification in an innovative way

  • Be a change agent to help business move towards digital transformation.

Preferences:

  • Preferred experience with tools such as Miro, Jira, LeanKit, Smartsheets, Confluence, Aha!, Workfusion, Cloud, Tableau, SKAN

  • Ability to deliver key insights with interpretation and recommendation, contributes to the development of hypotheses and present to management team

  • Ability to leverage data visualization and infographics to develop reports and present them as needed.
