VP, Sales Marketing

The Vice President will work closely with internal business unit heads to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns. They must be a high-energy, hands-on, goal-oriented marketing professional with ability to move comfortably between the strategic and tactical; creating direct marketing campaigns to drive lead generation. This individual will demonstrate a passion for excellence combined with agility, innovation, resourcefulness, and unwavering drive and determination to achieve results at our market-leading financial services organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and managing comprehensive digital and traditional sales campaigns and programs.
  • Leading the development and documentation of digital and offline marketing and advertising campaign strategies that communicate objectives, target audiences, key messages, program sequencing, metrics, and calls to action
  • Overseeing pay-per-click campaigns, retargeting and other digital advertising efforts
  • Developing, tracking and reporting on ROI and success criteria for all recruitment marketing programs and activities
  • Managing objectives to deadlines and on budget
  • Working in concert with our internal partners to ensure that we are maximizing our relationship

Skills and Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of experience in a B2B advertising and marketing role. Financial services experience preferred
  • 5-8 or more years’ experience in driving digital campaigns, lead generation and nurturing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and technical skills
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
