Job Overview:

The Technology team supports Infrastructure and Operations business unit by providing critical business systems and integration services.  We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager who will be part of the team.


  • Accountable for product budget to ensure alignment to strategic plan / domain / programs

  • Aligns with Chief Product Manager and Chief Technology Owner on expected planning outcomes, OKRS and Technology stack

  • Creates and updates reporting, budgeting needs and cost savings analysis

  • Drive impact analysis for pre-defined initiatives and ensure teams have necessary resources to deliver working tested product

  • Define output of a Domain from a planning perspective

  • Domain output vs reprioritization analysis

  • Outline efficiency analysis

  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the entire solution

  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the entire solution

  • Provide leadership to RTE’s Program/Project Managers, and/or Scrum Masters as needed, create a positive team environment, and provide direction in ambiguous situations

  • Metrics – Portfolio staffing by SVP, Domain OKR Goals vs Delivery, Domain Financials, Domain Reporting, variance reporting – baseline vs estimates vs actuals, and Agile metrics

What are we looking for?

  • 8+ years of experience managing the development team’s project and maintenance activities from initiation to production support

  • 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with Development teams, EA, QA, Release Management and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical requirements

  • 8+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with various business units in regards to project and maintenance efforts

  • 8+ years of experience creating, managing and tracking project documentation such as:  detailed project plans, budget, resource plans, status reports, risks/issues, etc.

  • 8+ years of experience providing regular written and verbal communication to various audiences throughout the lifecycle of the project

  • 8+ years of experience communicating issues & risks and help drive key decisions; help resolve project-related issues

  • 8+ years managing the day-to-day activities of projects and staff to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within scope & budget

  • 8+ years supporting SDLC processes and manages project documentation
