This is an AVP role within our Investor Relations (IR) team that focuses on building investor understanding and confidence in LPL as a long-term investment. The IR team works closely with the company’s CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team to communicate the company’s strategy and results; engage with investors and sell-side analysts; and provide shareholder perspective on management decisions.
What will you do?
Collaborate with the C-level executive team cross-functional business partners.
Engage with the investment community, including institutional investors, sell-side research analysts, and ratings agencies.
Lead company, industry, and competitive research and analysis to develop financial and strategic insights for shareholders, sell-side analysts, and internal partners.
Lead the development of communications, presentations, reports, and supporting content for quarterly earnings, investor conferences, and other investment community events.
Collaborate with internal teams across the company on related projects and topics that may emerge.

What skills, experiences, and education are required?
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5+ years of prior work experience in finance, investment banking, equity research, or consulting a strong plus
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, collaboration, and writing skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and team-orientation
Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects and adapt in real-time
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
