In this role you’ll play an integral part in leading the sales strategy function within the Advisor-Sales team to enable and empower our sales team’s success through improved strategy, process, analytics, and tools.
The ideal candidate has strong business management, strategy, analytical, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into initiatives.
Plan, design, and run tactical execution of key sales initiatives to achieve successful outcomes
Be proactive in identifying areas for opportunity, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to drive growth
Collect feedback and data from the sales team to create, manage, and optimize the overall sales process and methodologies
Support business scalability through initiatives like process simplification, best-practice sharing, and sales play development
Translate data into actionable insights and trends to help solve business challenges and improve KPIs
Develop roadmaps and metrics that communicate progress, identify risks, and define an approach to execution.
Prepare key presentations and sales storylines for quarterly business reviews, sales kick-off activities, executive approvals, department calls, etc.
Provide executives with business reporting and insights on a regular basis
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a liberal arts discipline
5+ years of financial services, sales optimization and enablement, or strategy experience
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Prior experience building and empowering highly effective teams
Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders on high-impact initiatives
Superior analytical skills with an ability to leverage data to deliver actionable insights and evaluate results against established objectives.
Exceptional project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of business processes, sales cycle and buying journeys.
