We are currently looking to hire a Sr. ServiceNow Professional with ServiceNow platform administration and development experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives within the Service Delivery Management department.
The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer is a senior technical resource that possesses advanced administration capability and is able to design, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and integrations in alignment with best practices.
The Sr. ServiceNow Professional works across applications, delivers new functionality supports existing capabilities and implements innovative solutions to support technology and business needs.
The Sr. ServiceNow Professional has advanced ServiceNow administrative, development experience, scripting, and integration experience. Qualified candidates will have a strong working knowledge of developing, implementing, enhancing and managing the ServiceNow Platform for a moderate to large IT Services group./or values at LPL.)
Support and maintain existing ServiceNow functionality and capabilities leveraging agile framework
Resolve more complex ServiceNow platform incidents and problems within SLA’s enabling stability and resiliency for the firm
Lead ServiceNow projects, patching, upgrades keeping the platform current and within ServiceNow support and adhering to Change Management processes
Lead code reviews for Junior ServiceNow developers while educating and ensuring quality deliverables
Coach and guide Junior ServiceNow developers and business on best practices and standards enforcing platform alignment with LPL’s Architectural Principles

5+ years of ServiceNow Administrative experience
5+ years of IT Service Management Experience
5+ years of leading ServiceNow Implementation (applications, integrations, platforms, etc.)
ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification
Strong communication and time management skills
Strong Agile/SCRUM experience
Experience working in challenging, fast paced and ambiguous environments
Ability to work independently or with within a team
Flexible, driven and results oriented
