Job Overview:

LPL Financial Banking and Lending Solutions Group is growing and is seeking a Product Analyst for building and delivering a highly competitive set of banking and lending products.  The Banking and Lending Solutions Group is focused on developing credit, cash and banking products for LPL financial advisors and their clients. The candidate will support the delivery of banking and lending solution set and focus on supporting a variety of initiatives that support our strategic product roadmap. The candidate in this role will have an opportunity to gain a full understanding of all business aspects of our products and platforms and will work with the BLS team.

Responsibilities:

• The role will work collaboratively with many stakeholders – every project will have unique aspects and requires a candidate to be able to think analytically within each project and anticipate needs

• Support in developing, improving and revising program processes for continual improvement

• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation

• Assist in creating, sending and analyzing surveys

• Assist in determining meaningful data metrics

• Support tracking, analyzing and creating performance and output reports during and in the follow-up after project completion

• Assist to track and report on key processes and activities

• Provide support to develop business requirements and roadmap for BLS programs

• As a trusted business partner, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and support of banking and lending product development

• Provide support for testing, experimentation and readiness efforts

• Monitor business insight requests and track how the insights create the conditions for success in the various initiatives

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as appropriate to support priority business projects

• Respond in a timely manner to ad hoc questions from team and executives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3 years of experience in within the brokerage or banking industry

• Remote role- Business travel as needed

Pay Range:

$70,320-$105,480/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
