Job Overview:

LPL Financial Banking and Lending Solutions Group is growing and is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for building and delivering a highly competitive set of banking and lending products.  The Banking and Lending Solutions Group is focused on developing credit, cash and banking products for LPL financial advisors and their clients. The candidate will actively participate in prioritization, implementation of strategies and new product offerings, and support in the delivery of banking and lending solution set. The candidate will focus on supporting a variety of initiatives that support our strategic product roadmap.The candidate in this role will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior managers within the BLS team and across the organization. The candidate will partner with product, technology and operations to prioritize product features and guide development of solutions to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and lead requirements discussions with key stakeholders to develop business requirements and roadmap for BLS programs

• Gather requirements; document analysis using business processes, use case scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis

• Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts to establish the product vision, manage and ensure business  requirements are met

• Be a liaison between the product, operations and application development team, and project and program managers

• Work collaboratively with many stakeholders and support in developing, improving and revising program processes for continual improvement

• Complete ad-hoc assignments that assist in development and implementation of strategies and new processes

• Providing research, analysis, project management and project support on a variety of strategic initiatives

• Respond in a timely manner to ad hoc questions from team and executives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5 years of experience within the brokerage or banking industry

• Remote role- business travel as needed

Pay Range:

$88,840-$133,260/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
