Client Service Associate

Allen & Company of Florida LLC, an affiliate of LPL Financial, is looking to hire a Client Service Associate (CSA). Allen & Company is LPL Financial’s first employee model investment firm. This position is based in Lakeland, FL.


Job Overview:  

  • Joining our team as a Client Service Associate (CSA), you will be responsible for assisting financial advisors and his/her clients with their overall financial needs, management, and planning.
  • The ability to work independently and alongside your FA to preform various daily, monthly, and annual tasks

What will you do?

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments
  • Address all ClientWorks notifications and tasks
  • Assist in maintaining accurate client files
  • Process all paperwork such as account opening, closing, transfers
  • Prepare meeting agendas, paperwork and reports
  • Assist Clients with inquires, issues and action-required items such as Account Updates, Money Movement, and Online Access
  • Assist Financial Advisor with mailing campaigns, seminars, and other marketing and sales generating ideas
  • Adhere to all Compliance and Legal requirements
  • Additional responsibilities or duties may be assigned to you as needed or determined.

What skills, experiences, and education are required?

  • General knowledge of the financial markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
  • Effective Oral/Written Communication, Adaptability, Initiative, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Ability to connect with customers, clients, and coworkers
  • High School Diploma; College education preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous Customer Service experience
  • Series 7 license or willingness to obtain
