CLR Business Management Analyst

Job Overview:

The CLR Business Management analyst role is within the Chief of Staff organization of the Compliance, Legal and Risk department. In this role, you will provide department-level support for the CLR Business Management organization in addition to executive administrative support.  This is primarily a support role, but you also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall department operational success by maintaining key reporting and deliverables as well as ad hoc project work.  In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and exceptional organization.


  • Track project status and follow-up on key deliverables
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams
  • Work professionally with senior executives and clients, think and work independently, be proactive, handle confidential information and work effectively and efficiently
  • Create solid working relationships with other administrative staff and others within the department
  • Facilitate effective internal communications
  • Draft and edit communications copy and material
  • Maintain calendars and appointments
  • Travel coordination when needed:  arranging all aspects of travel including air, lodging, and transportation in conjunction with the corporate travel department. Management of expenses: organize receipts and input in Concur in a timely manner to ensure meeting billing schedule.
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a support or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proactive in meeting and exceeding needs of leader and team
  • Exceptional knowledge of all Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word (MS Office Certification or equivalent operating knowledge preferred)
  • Financial Services industry experience is a plus
